7-plant based ingredients

1. Coffee bean

Arabica coffee bean, which is replaced from poppy cultivation by strong leadership of Royal project by the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej , is used for dd-coffee to hit high ethical/sustainable standards.
It is grown in Chiang Rai located in north of Thailand. The cultivation area is located at high above sea level, fogbound and blessed with abundant rainfall. So on that point, the soil is very rich as coffee-growing area to produce coffee beans to be rated with the very best.

2. Coconut milk

Coconut milk is liquid squeezed from fruity fresh of coconut shell. It looks like cow’s milk and has distinctive sweet smell.
Coconut oil, which was once popular a couple of years ago, is the one refined from coconut milk.
“Medium chain fatty acid (MCFA)” is generously contained in coconut milk as well as coconut oil.

3. Garcinia

Garcinia is a fruit of Guttiferae plants and occurs mainly in Thailand, South East Asia and India. It produces orangesized berries which looks like pumpkin.

4. Reishi-mushroom

Reishi mushroom, which belongs to Ganodermataceae, has been appreciated as “phantom of mushroom” from olden days in China.
It is not considered as medicine but as healthy food, so was taken for maintenance of good health. It is very hard to bite off, but can be taken into your body easily by drinking dd-coffee.

5. White kidney bean

White kidney bean is one of faboideae and contains vitamin B1, vitamin B2, dietary fiber and calcium plentifully. It is often introduced to the media because it has plenty of “phaseolamin” which can block absorption of glucose.
When cooking, it generally takes 7-8 hours to be dipped in the water for intake, but will not take time to consume it by drinking dd-coffee.

6. Stevia

Stevia is a perennial plant belonging to the family Asteraceae and low-calorie sweetener.
Stevioside that is main sweet ingredient is 200-300 times sweeter than normal sugar.
You can take stevia with no worry because its calorie is less than other artificial sweetener.

7. Licorice

Licorice is a perennial plant belonging to the pea family and has strong sweetness by its main ingredients named glycyrrhizinate. It is 50 times sweeter than normal sugar.
It is widely utilized for pharmaceutical use and food use.
